Wave is one of Skanska’s active office buildings included in the CEE rollout of WasteTracker across 3 countries. The implementation brings the same waste measurement methodology into each building, giving Skanska, property teams and tenants one structured view of waste performance.
WasteTracker allows tenants to start tracking waste from day one of occupancy. Every registered disposal builds a clearer baseline for ESG reporting, waste reduction targets and portfolio comparison. For Skanska, this turns waste from a building-level operational task into a measurable portfolio layer.
Across the Skanska CDE rollout, 94 companies reported waste data in H1 2025, with 43,521 individual registrations and 140,150 kg of waste collected. Wave is part of that shared standard: real-time measurement, tenant visibility and operational evidence across the waste room, building and portfolio.
